Wyoming is the 10th largest State in the Union and comprises 97,814 square miles or 62,343,040 acres. Public lands account for over 48% of this land base. These public lands are managed by several federal agencies, most notably the Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, Park Service, and Fish and Wildlife Service.
